01 Panzhou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau of Guizhou Province investigated and dealt with the case of Zhao Laoer Noodle Restaurant in Panzhou City not taking the initiative to remind consumers to prevent food waste

　　On the morning of January 9, 2024, law enforcement officers from the Panzhou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau in Guizhou Province carried out an inspection of the parties against food waste in accordance with the law, and at the time of the inspection, two consumers were dining at the party's business premises, and the inspection found that anti-food waste signs were not posted or placed in conspicuous positions in the cash registers, dining areas, and food rooms of the parties' business premises. 　　On March 20, 2024, the Yuzhou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau reviewed the results of the party's on-site correction and found that the party still induced consumers to overorder, resulting in a large number of dishes left after the guests finished eating, resulting in food waste. The party's behavior violated the provisions of Article 7, Paragraph 2 of the "Anti-Food Waste Law of the People's Republic of China", and the Yuzhou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau imposed an administrative penalty of a fine of 3,000 yuan on the party in accordance with the provisions of Article 28, Paragraph 2 of the "Anti-Food Waste Law of the People's Republic of China".

03 Chongqing Banan District Market Supervision Bureau investigated and dealt with the case of Zhang Qimei's restaurant not taking the initiative to remind consumers to prevent food waste

　　On March 8, 2024, when the Chongqing Banan District Market Supervision Bureau carried out an on-site inspection of the business premises of Zhang Qimei's restaurant in Banan District in accordance with the law, it was found that the parties did not post or place anti-food waste signs in the business premises, did not arrange service personnel to prompt and explain to consumers, and did not guide consumers to order food in an appropriate amount on demand. The conduct of the parties violated the provisions of Article 7, Paragraph 1 (2) of the "Anti-Food Waste Law of the People's Republic of China". In accordance with the provisions of Article 28, Paragraph 1 of the "Anti-Food Waste Law of the People's Republic of China", the Banan District Market Supervision Bureau ordered the parties to correct the illegal acts and gave them an administrative penalty of warnings.

04 The Market Supervision Bureau of Jiyang District, Jinan City, Shandong Province investigated and dealt with the case of Wang Huadong Hotel in Huihe Street, Jiyang District, failing to take the initiative to remind consumers to prevent food waste

　　On March 14, 2024, the Market Supervision Bureau of Jiyang District, Jinan City, Shandong Province supervised and inspected the parties. The above-mentioned acts of the parties violated the provisions of Article 7, Paragraph 1 (2) of the "Anti-Food Waste Law of the People's Republic of China", and the Jiyang District Market Supervision Bureau ordered the parties to correct the above-mentioned illegal acts in accordance with the provisions of Article 28, Paragraph 1 of the "Anti-Food Waste Law of the People's Republic of China", and gave an administrative penalty of warning.

　　On March 19, 2024, the Jiyang District Market Supervision Bureau once again conducted a law enforcement inspection of the parties. The parties have posted anti-food waste signs, and have taken the initiative to remind consumers to prevent food waste, guiding consumers to order food in an appropriate amount on demand.

05 The Market Supervision Bureau of Linxi County, Hebei Province investigated and dealt with the case of Yixin hot dry noodle fast food restaurant in Linxi County not taking the initiative to remind consumers to prevent food waste

　　On April 16, 2024, law enforcement officers from the Market Supervision Bureau of Linxi County, Hebei Province, conducted daily supervision and inspection of Yixin hot dry noodle fast food restaurant in Linxi County, and found that anti-food waste signs were not posted in a prominent position in the party's dining place. 06 The Market Supervision Bureau of Maojian District, Shiyan City, Hubei Province investigated and dealt with the case of Xiangshanyuan Catering Business Department in Maojian District for failing to take the initiative to remind consumers to prevent food waste

07 Haining Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, Zhejiang Province, investigated and dealt with the illegal case of food waste at Dagao Barbecue Restaurant, Haizhou Street, Haining City

　　On April 29, 2024, law enforcement officers of the Haining Municipal Market Supervision Bureau in Zhejiang Province found during their daily inspection that Dagao Barbecue Restaurant, Haizhou Street, Haining City, had set up "¥68 delivery" in the store opened by a third-party takeaway platform. After investigation, the unit price of meat dishes barbecue in the store was between 2.8 yuan ~ 8.8 yuan, and the unit price of vegetarian barbecue was between 2.5 yuan ~ 5 yuan. 08 The Market Supervision Bureau of Tongjiang County, Sichuan Province investigated and dealt with the case of Tongjiang County Quanyan Restaurant failing to train service personnel on cherishing food and opposing waste and failing to post anti-food waste signs

　　On May 28, 2024, law enforcement officers from the Tongjiang County Market Supervision Bureau of Sichuan Province conducted a law enforcement inspection of the Tongjiang County Quanyan Restaurant located in Bizhou Street, Tongjiang County, Bazhong City. The inspection found that the parties had placed or posted a series of anti-food waste slogans such as "CD Action" on the tables and on the walls of the store, and had carried out training to stop food waste, and the illegal acts had been rectified.

09 The Market Supervision Bureau of Siming District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province investigated and dealt with the case of Xiamen Shishang Letao Catering Management Co., Ltd. failing to take measures to prevent food waste

　　On November 1, 2023, law enforcement officers of the Siming District Market Supervision Bureau of Xiamen City, Fujian Province, found that the business premises of Xiamen Shishang Letao Catering Management Co., Ltd. did not post or place anti-food waste signs during the special law enforcement inspection against food waste; Opened an online store called "Tao Tao Ju Restaurant" to provide services through a food and beverage delivery platform, and did not carry out anti-food waste publicity in a conspicuous position on the webpage; The online meal is not marked with information such as the amount, specification or recommended number of consumers, which induces and misleads the order to far exceed the amount of food. The party confirmed that due to the business philosophy of "large quantity discount", food waste often occurs in the store, and the online store page displays consumer evaluation content such as "large portions" and "can't finish eating". The above-mentioned acts of the parties violated the provisions of Article 7, Paragraph 1 (2) and Paragraph 2 of the "Anti-Food Waste Law of the People's Republic of China", and the Siming District Market Supervision Bureau ordered the parties to make corrections on the spot and gave administrative punishments of warnings in accordance with the provisions of Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 28 of the "Anti-Food Waste Law of the People's Republic of China".

　　On April 16, 2024, law enforcement officers conducted an online inspection and found that the details page of the food products re-listed by the party in the same online store were not marked with information such as the amount, specifications or recommended number of consumers. After the Siming District Market Supervision Bureau ordered corrections, there were still customer evaluations of "inexhaustible" content, and the parties still did not carry out anti-food waste publicity in a conspicuous position on the webpage, and no prompts were set up online and offline to guide consumers to order food in an appropriate amount on demand. The conduct of the parties violated the provisions of Article 7, Paragraph 1 (2) and Paragraph 2 of the "Anti-Food Waste Law of the People's Republic of China". On April 19, 2024, the Siming District Market Supervision Bureau imposed an administrative penalty of a fine of 1,000 yuan on the party in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 28 of the Anti-Food Waste Law of the People's Republic of China.
