Chen Wuxiang (the famous owner of Xishui, the owner of Bayuxuan) was born in Yongzhou, Hunan Province in 1957. He is a national first-class artist, a member of the National Celebrity Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee, and a member of the Calligraphers Association of Central State Organs. Art researcher of China Oriental Culture Research Association, etc. Since 1979, he has been engaged in the teaching of calligraphy and painting. Around 90, he began to create Chinese painting, and in 96, he founded the Huaisu Painting and Calligraphy Institute. Promote and educate the art of calligraphy and painting in Hong Kong.

1. In 2000, I organized and taught the art class 'Basic Body Cutting and Digging' to participate in the city's primary and secondary school video class competition and won the first prize. On behalf of the region, he participated in the 11th Central and Southern Six Provinces (Regions) Primary and Secondary School Art Education Cooperation and Exchange Conference.

In August 2005, he participated in the first National Calligraphy Senior Teachers Forum held in Peking University and obtained the completion certificate of calligraphy senior teachers training issued by Beijing Education Examination Guidance Center and Peking University Calligraphy and Painting Association.

Second, over the years, I have been using Chinese painting art to express the momentum of the times in the city ---of Yongzhou. This is a historical city, located on both sides of the source river on the bank of the Xiaoxiang River in the south of the Yangtze River, and the scenery is very beautiful. In this way, it has also undergone three periods of sudden changes, so called "Yongzhou Xiaoxiang three-step series". The three steps are the "Yongzhou Hexi Grand View", which is 6 meters long and 40 centimeters wide, showing the early stage of reform and opening up. "Splendid Xiaoxiang" is 16 meters long and 40 centimeters wide, showing the early days of liberation. "Xiaoxiang Hongtu" depicts the present period, its city has changed greatly, currently depicted more than 10 meters, only to complete a third of the section, this is my life's dedication, with the traditional art of painting to speak, so the creation is also a long scroll and so on.
