The play tells the story of Qi Lin (played by Luo Jin), an outstanding criminal judge of the Qinggang Municipal People's Court, who met Chu Yun (played by Yang Zishan), the president of the Second Enforcement Division, who was completely different from his own way of handling cases, in the process of rotating to the support of the Executive Bureau. Through 16 enforcement cases close to people's lives, the play witnesses the growth process of a group of young judges who adhere to their professional ideals and constantly pursue progress in their work.
The play will premiere at 19:30 every night on June 27, 2024 on CCTV's eight sets of golden strong theaters, and will be broadcast simultaneously on Youku and iQiyi.
Executive Judge Plot
The Qinggang Court Executive Bureau has always had the dilemma of a large backlog of cases, a small number of manpower, and difficulty in enforcement, and the court leaders decided to boldly try to send outstanding young judges from each division to support the Executive Bureau's initiative, and selected the best of the best, Qi Lin (played by Luo Jin), who has the highest case completion rate for consecutive years, was appointed to be the first post judge to support the Executive Bureau. Qi Lin was assigned to the second executive court led by the president Chu Yun (played by Yang Zishan), and got acquainted with the judges' assistants Ouyang Lulu, Ye Xuan, Yan Anyang, clerks Zhang Tianyi, Tian Jia, bailiff Shao Jun and other colleagues with different personalities. In the process of handling the case of the Executive Directorate, Qi Lin insisted on the "justice of the result" method of handling the case, which conflicted with Chu Yun's insistence on the work concept of "process justice", and the relationship between the two was very tense for a while. As the work deepened, Qi Lin and Chu Yun not only gradually saw the shining points in each other, but also improved their own flaws. The six-month rotation period ended unconsciously, and Qi Lin had established a deep relationship with his colleagues in the Executive Board. Chu Yun also finally led the Second Enforcement Court to solve a major case hidden under the calm surface of Qinggang City, so that Qinggang restored the peace that should have belonged to it.
