Each school-age child or teenager chooses one public school in the teaching district, and may choose one more private compulsory education school as a voluntary school for enrollment. After the online registration period ends, the registration information cannot be changed.
3. Public Notice: July 25 – August 10, 2024.
According to the student's registration information, the school will conduct a qualification check, and if it meets the requirements for the admission qualification of the teaching district, it will be admitted, and the admission result will be publicized at the school gate. Among them, those who are admitted to private compulsory education schools are not to be recruited repeatedly by public schools.

A brief introduction to the Admission Eligibility Determination Method
1. Enrollment targets for school-age children and teenagers in the diocese
It refers to the students in the first grade of elementary school and junior high school, that is, the first grade of elementary school and the seventh grade of junior high school. Among them, the first grade of primary school students must be at least 6 years old (born before August 31, 2018). Students who have already obtained primary school status are not allowed to re-enroll in the first grade at any primary school in the diocese school; Students who have already obtained junior high school status are not allowed to re-enroll in the seventh grade at any junior high school diocese school.
2. The main basis and identification methods for school-age children and adolescents in the diocese district
The real estate of the actual place of residence of school-age children and adolescents and their legal guardians is the main basis for determining their diocese.
Measures for Determining the Place of Actual Residence:
School-age children and adolescents and their legal guardians who have a legal fixed residence and are actually residing within the diocese shall be determined with the real estate certificate or other relevant supporting materials, and the relevant documents or materials must be obtained before July 1, 2024. Commercial, office, rental, industrial, garage, attic and other buildings are not included in the scope of determination.
If one of the following conditions is met, it can be recognized as a real estate in the diocese:
1. If school-age children and teenagers and their legal guardians have a real estate certificate (the purpose is "residential") and actually live in the real estate in the diocese, it shall be determined according to the real estate certificate.
2. Because school-age children and their legal guardians do not have real estate in the urban area (provide proof of no real estate), and live together with their grandparents and maternal grandparents for a long time in the diocese (three generations of grandparents and grandchildren must be registered together for three years), they can be recognized according to the real estate certificate of the grandparents and maternal grandparents in the diocese.
3. School-age children and teenagers and their legal guardians who purchase a new house in the diocese shall issue a formal house purchase contract and its official payment invoice filed by the real estate department for identification, and the relevant documents or materials must be obtained before July 1, 2024.
4. School-age children and teenagers and their legal guardians who do not have real estate outside the diocese (provide proof of no real estate), actually live within the diocese and the housing is a legally self-built house of the legal guardian's unit, a resident's self-built house, a demolition and resettlement house, or a government low-rent house, but cannot apply for a real estate certificate, they may be enrolled in the diocese to which they belong after strict review of the prescribed procedures.
5. If the person being demolished chooses to be resettled by means of monetary compensation and has no real estate outside the diocese, or chooses to have a resettlement house that has not been delivered, his or her children may choose to enroll in the compulsory education public school of the diocese at their original address within three years from the date of demolition and relocation (subject to the date of the demolition certificate).
3. Under special circumstances, the county education bureau shall make overall arrangements for the degree of degree

2. The children of the relocated personnel are enrolled in school
If the children of migrant workers (registered outside Sihong County) apply to study in public schools in our county, their legal guardians should have a legal and stable residence and a legal and stable occupation in our county, and must provide the following list of materials when registering:
(1) Family household registration booklet and ID card of the legal guardian of the relocated children.
(2) A valid residence permit issued by the public security department for the legal guardian of the relocated child, who must have lived in the district for at least 3 consecutive months (the residence period is calculated until June 30 of the current year).
(3) Proof of relatively stable work of the legal guardian of the children of the relocated personnel, proof of a labor contract signed with the employer for 6 months, or a valid business license issued by the market supervision and administration department in Sihong County for 6 consecutive months (the relevant license period is calculated until June 30 of the current year).
Note: The above information provided by the children of the relocated personnel at the time of registration must be true and valid, and if there is any fraud, the co-ordination qualification will be cancelled. The children of relocated persons who do not meet the above conditions should return to the school where their household registration is located.
3. The children of the target groups of preferential care are enrolled in school
Appropriate care is given to the children of: martyrs; Eligible children of active duty military personnel, public security heroes and police officers who have died in the line of duty and are disabled; Qualified high-level talents in Sihong County, etc.; Eligible personnel of the national comprehensive fire and rescue team. The policy care objects are identified by the relevant departments, and after performing the necessary procedures such as publicity, the roster and relevant supporting materials are provided, and after being reviewed and approved by the county education bureau, the school is arranged in accordance with the policy provisions.

5. Enter the enrollment system. Click on the opening page of the Suxinban APP to enter the "Sunshine Enrollment" registration platform. Or enter the homepage of the Suxinban APP and click the "Sunshine Enrollment" icon at the top right to enter the registration platform. Or click on the carousel of the "Sunshine Enrollment" registration entrance on the head and waist to enter the registration platform. Or search for "Sunshine Enrollment" at the top of the APP homepage, and the icon will appear, click on the icon to enter the registration platform. Or click "More" on the homepage, select the "Cultural and Sports Education" section, and click "Sunshine Admissions" to enter the registration platform.
Among them, users who have downloaded the Suxinban APP and registered with their real names will directly enter the fifth step.

1. Open Alipay, click on the "Search" column at the top of the "Home Page", enter "Suqian Express", click Search, select the "Suqian Express" applet from the search, and click to enter.

4. Enter the enrollment system. In the upper left corner of the home page of the "Jiangsu Government Service" APP, select Suqian City, and in the "Jiangsu Government Service. In the "My Services" section of Suqian, select "Sunshine Enrollment" and click "Enter Application".
