On June 30, the Gansu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and the Gansu Provincial Radio and Television Station launched the Gansu Cultural Tourism "Network Talent SHOW Scenic Spot" activity in Liujiaxia Tourist Resort, Yongjing County.

Liujiaxia Tourist Resort is located in Yongjing County, Linxia Prefecture, with a total planned area of 11.56 square kilometers, consisting of two major plates: Liujiaxia Area and Yanpanxia Area. It is located in the transition zone from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau to the Loess Plateau, with an altitude of 1600-1700 meters, and the landform is dominated by river valley terraces, with four distinct seasons, cool summers and pleasant climate. The mild and comfortable climate characteristics of the resort area are particularly prominent in the surrounding areas such as the Lanxi urban agglomeration, and it has the reputation of "Lanzhou's back garden".
The resort has the Danxia scenery of the Yellow River with "Blue Yellow River, Danxia Cliff", Liujiaxia Dinosaur National Geopark, which has created 6 of the world's best, Taiji Island Wetland, which is known as "Plugging the South of the Yangtze River", the romantic Yellow River flower embankment with more than 30 varieties of flowers, and the quiet and leisurely Zaoshe Village.
The resort is located at the intersection of the "Silk Road" and the "Yellow River Civilization", with a rich and colorful culture, including the folk culture represented by flowers and dances, the paleontological culture represented by dinosaur footprints, and the craftsman culture represented by national intangible cultural heritage representative projects such as Wang's iron casting skills and ancient building restoration skills, which together constitute the profound cultural heritage of the resort.
In recent years, focusing on the theme of "Yellow River", the resort has built the Dinosaur Bay Area and Taiji Island Area, and built three core product systems of "Yellow River Health and Wellness Vacation", "Yellow River Geographical Exploration" and "Yellow River Folk Customs Experience", and has developed into a comprehensive tourist resort integrating accommodation and catering, leisure and entertainment, health and sports, cultural experience, parent-child research, conference and team building, etc.
On June 12, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism announced the list of a new batch of national tourist resorts, and Liujiaxia Tourist Resort was among them, which was successfully rated as a national tourist resort, achieving a breakthrough in the creation of national tourist resorts in Gansu Province and writing a strong stroke for the development of the province's tourism industry.
Liujiaxia Tourist Resort has successfully established a national tourist resort, filling the gap of a national tourist resort in Gansu Province, and becoming a new business card and golden signboard of Gansu Province's tourism and leisure resort industry, which will effectively promote the high-quality development of the province's tourism industry and make positive contributions to the construction of a strong tourism province.
