Why is it the golden window?
At present, there is no quota limit for QMAS and there will be no restriction on approval during 2023 and 2024 as long as they meet the approval criteria of the Hong Kong Immigration Department.

The full score has been raised from 225 points to 245 points, and a new bonus point has been added for famous enterprises. The original 13 talent majors have been expanded to 51, and applicants for the "Quality Migrant Admission Scheme" who belong to these 51 professional backgrounds will be directly added 30 points, and the approval rate will be greatly improved.
Last year, the Hong Kong Immigration Department received a total of 80,207 applications for Hong Kong quality talents, and 12,969 applications were approved. Both the number of applications and the number of approvals are more than 4 times that of the previous year!
At the same time, the Policy Address in October 2022 also launched the "TTPS Scheme" for highly educated talents. The TTPS has defined its "two-year" duration since its launch, and this year is also the last year of the TTPS bonus period.
