Reason 1: The increase in temperature in summer increases the volume pressure of hazardous chemicals
The expansion coefficient of flammable liquids in hazardous chemicals is generally large, and the volume expands after being heated when stored in a closed container, and the vapor pressure increases at the same time, so that the internal pressure of the container increases.
If the pressure of the container is exceeded, the container will fail or even break. If the liquid expands beyond its capacity, it will overflow, and if the gas expands, there is a risk of explosion.
Reason 2: The rising temperature in summer accelerates the evaporation rate of liquids
The higher the temperature, the faster the flammable liquid evaporates, the higher the vapor concentration on the liquid surface, the greater the possibility of forming an explosive gas mixture with the air, and the greater the risk of fire explosion.
Therefore, when the ambient temperature exceeds the boiling point of flammable liquids, it is prone to hazards.
