In 2006, by chance, a friend wanted to ask him to help drive a harvester, which was his first contact with agricultural machinery. Although he didn't know how to operate simple things at first, he was naturally interested in machines, and he quickly learned driving skills. After some research, he found that this harvester was the PRO488 semi-feed harvester of the Kubota brand, which was very popular with farmers due to its fast harvesting speed, clean threshing and low loss. Seeing the income of his friends back then, he was moved, and he also felt the "ability" of Kubota harvesters to make money.
In 2007, we raised funds to buy our first Kubota semi-feed harvester, the PRO488, and put it into the cross-regional work team. At that time, this harvester withstood the "test", followed him to the north and south, and the operation time reached more than 1,000 hours, completing the harvesting operation excellently, and also allowing him to earn the first pot of gold. He clearly remembers that year's net income of nearly 200,000 yuan, and since then he has strengthened his confidence in relying on agricultural machinery to start a business.
In 2008, he purchased a second-hand Kubota semi-feed harvester PRO488, which brought him nearly 130,000 yuan in income that year, even though it was a second-hand machine. Out of his trust in the Kubota brand, he has successively purchased a variety of harvester products such as PRO588i, PRO758, and PRO988, and has made his cross-regional harvesting business prosperous. The surrounding farmers came to learn from him, and he did not hesitate to share his experience with everyone, and also drove everyone to buy Kubota harvesters to work across regions, making Kubota harvesters a powerful tool for everyone to make money.
This method continued until 2010, with the increase in the number of harvesters in various places, he was happy to find that the competition in harvesting operations was becoming increasingly fierce, and the cost of harvesting per mu was decreasing, and he began to look for new development opportunities. After many thoughts, he found that the socialized service organization of agricultural machinery is the future development trend, so he negotiated with the surrounding agricultural machinery users, we raised nearly 3 million yuan, and he led the establishment of Gao'an Changsheng Agricultural Machinery Professional Cooperative. He encouraged the surrounding operators to bring their machines into the company, and recommended everyone to buy Kubota products, so that everyone can change from the previous straggler-style harvesting service to a large-scale cooperation and mutual assistance of agricultural machinery socialized service model. Through order operations, joint operations and other ways to organize scattered agricultural mechanics, to achieve the effective docking of small farmers' production and agricultural machinery services in the market, has achieved good economic benefits.
In 2019, as the scale of the cooperative grew, in order to further expand his business, he purchased 6 Kubota high-speed rice transplanters at one time and contracted about 3,000 acres of land to devote himself to rice planting. In 2021, he built a modern drying factory with an annual drying capacity of more than 6,000 tons of paddy, with an annual income of more than 400,000 yuan.
