In order to further enhance residents' understanding of drugs, strengthen anti-drug awareness, and create a strong atmosphere for the whole people to participate in ......drug control on the "6.26 International Anti-Drug Day", the United Town Police Station of the Camel Town Comprehensive Management Center carried out an anti-drug publicity activity with the theme of "Building an Anti-drug Defense Line and Protecting a Beautiful Homeland".
At the event site, the staff publicized anti-drug knowledge such as "what is a drug, the types of drugs, the harm of drugs and the precautions for preventing new drugs" to the masses by displaying pictures of drugs, placing anti-drug brochures, hanging banners, and distributing publicity materials. While distributing pamphlets, the staff also introduced the harm caused by drugs to families, individuals and society to the masses, explained in simple terms the provisions of mainland laws on drug violations and crimes in combination with drug cases, and educated the masses to enhance their awareness of drug rejection and prevention, hoping that they would actively participate in drug prohibition and take the initiative to stay away from drugs.
In order to expand the coverage of publicity, it also makes full use of electronic screens, billboards, propaganda columns, WeChat public accounts, WeChat groups and other carriers to increase the density of anti-drug propaganda content, push anti-drug propaganda videos to residents' WeChat groups, and publicize the great significance of anti-drug in an all-round, three-dimensional and in-depth manner. A total of 5 banners were hung in this activity, more than 300 copies of propaganda color pages were distributed, 20 anti-drug propaganda videos were pushed, and more than 60 people were consulted.
This anti-drug propaganda activity has effectively improved the anti-drug awareness and ability of the masses to resist drugs, and laid a solid foundation for building a harmonious and drug-free society. In the next step, Camel Town will continue to implement drug prevention publicity and education, strengthen daily supervision such as banning planting and eradicating drugs, improve the working mechanism for handling emergencies and the complaint and reporting system, resolutely curb the spread of drugs, and effectively reduce the harm of drugs.
