Hao Ganwei
Hao Ganwei is a member of the Party Committee, Director of the Curriculum and Teaching Department, and a senior teacher of Qianhuang Senior High School in Jiangsu Province. He has been deeply involved in the teaching arena for 31 years, adhered to the concept of big language, and formed a unique teaching style. He has participated in 4 national and provincial research projects, published more than 50 articles, participated in the compilation of 2 school-based textbooks, and was hired as the deputy editor-in-chief of "New Composition with Full Scores and High Scores".
In 2022, as a teacher of "group" assistance and teaching for educational talents in key counties of national rural revitalization, Hao Ganwei went to Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture Senior High School in Qinghai Province to carry out counterpart support. He adheres to the spirit of "lack of oxygen and no lack of spirit, hardship is not afraid of hardship, and the altitude is higher and the realm is higher", and solidly carried out the help work. During the teaching period, he gave full play to the role of "passing on the help and leading", established the Hainan Prefecture High School Chinese Famous Teacher Studio, actively explored the literacy-oriented classroom teaching reform, carefully guided the young teachers, and the members of the studio covered all high schools in the state, and 9 people were awarded the honor of Hainan Prefecture Quality Course.
He insisted on teaching and researching, and actively applied for and researched the topic of "Research on Whole Book Reading and Discussion Based on Improving the Quality of Students' Thinking", and participated in the "Suqing Network Teaching and Research Development Alliance" project was listed as a provincial pilot project of Qinghai Provincial Teacher Development Community. During his concurrently serving as a high school Chinese teacher and researcher of Hainan Provincial Academy of Education and Sciences, he conducted research and guidance on the comprehensive reform of the new high school curriculum in the state, and made 15 special reports to schools in the state and grassroots schools, actively conveying the new concept of education in Jiangsu.
He has always been student-centered, took the initiative to help students in need, and raised funds to set up the "Xinchang Education Fund" and "Jianghai Cup" Essay Competition Fund, benefiting 108 students. He was rated as an outstanding volunteer teacher in Hainan Prefecture and a good teacher on the plateau, and the teaching team was rated as an advanced collective in Qinghai Province.
