On June 27, CCCC Tunnel Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. released the results of the "Shield Intelligent Construction Platform" in the theme forum of the 2024 World Transportation Conference - "Underwater Shield Tunnel Construction Technology Forum", aiming to show the latest achievements of the digital transformation of shield tunnel engineering, discuss the future development direction of the industry, and jointly promote industry-university-research cooperation.

The company's underground space research institute actively responds to the company's development requirements, gives full play to its strategic supporting role, and makes every effort to build the digital transformation and development of "digital intelligence and CCCC". Since 2021, we have carried out research on the shield intelligent construction platform, based on a number of large shield projects such as the Beijing East Sixth Ring Road Reconstruction Project, collected the data of the whole life cycle control of survey, design, production, construction and operation and maintenance, and created a data base, which was condensed into the main functional modules such as structural line parametric drive, geological body generation and geological coding, segment prefabricated production management system, full-line tunneling simulation, point selection and assembly, intelligent tunneling, and shield twin, including shield platform, project-level page, project management report, data management, etc. General product functions such as smart construction site system and mobile terminal interaction, based on various technologies such as BIM, GIS, AI and big data, realize the convergence of all elements, full cycle and full time and space data of shield tunnel construction, and help the intelligent construction and safe production of shield tunnels. On June 28, the Jiaozhou Bay Second Tunnel Project organized a review meeting of the research outline of the scientific research project of "Intelligent, Efficient and Safe Tunneling Technology for Super-large Diameter Slurry Shield". Previously, the project successfully applied for the 2023 major scientific research project of Qingdao Guoxin Group Second Tunnel Company, and became the only project with the construction unit as the lead unit among the 14 projects. Qu Liqing, chief engineer of Qingdao Guoxin Group and chairman of Qingdao Guoxin Jiaozhou Bay Second Tunnel Company, and Yao Zhanhu, professional chief engineer of CCCC First Public Bureau Group Co., Ltd., attended the meeting.

The meeting invited Professor Yuan Dajun of Beijing Jiaotong University, Professor Jiang Yusheng of China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) and other 5 shield industry experts, the chief engineer of the project to report on the content of the scientific research outline, the experts at the meeting reviewed the relevant technical information, after questioning and discussion, agreed that the research objectives of the subject are clear, the content is comprehensive, the implementation plan is reasonable, the technical route is feasible, and the research outline of the project is approved by the review.

Relying on the TJ-06 bid section of the second submarine tunnel in Jiaozhou Bay, this project carries out research and application in view of the working performance of the circulation system, the waterproof performance of the segment, and the efficient excavation of the shield under complex geological conditions, and develops the intelligent, efficient and safe tunneling technology of the super-large diameter slurry shield suitable for the construction of the project, so as to solve the neck problems such as tool wear, circulation and detention, and fine construction of the slurry shield in the construction of the project, reduce the technical risk, and provide support for the construction of the super-large diameter shield of the hard rock on the seabed.
