Germany advanced to the quarter-finals of Euro 2024 with a 2-0 win over Denmark in the round of 16, postponed by thunderstorms, thanks to second-half goals from Kai Havertz and Jamal Musiala.

The hosts established an unshakable lead in the 68th minute after Hojlund's other shot was saved by Neuer, with Musiala breaking through with the ball to score his third goal of the tournament.
