After coming to Daiyu Baochai, Baoyu and them were both close, but if you had to compare, of course, she would be closer to Daiyu. Therefore, Xiangyun's "children's jealousy of their newborn siblings to win favor" is mainly aimed at Daiyu. Under the influence of this psychology, she will also take it for granted that Daiyu and Baoyu are intimate and possess Baoyu in all aspects, including the first maid around Baoyu.
The attackers served Xiangyun in the past, and most of them also said stupid things like marrying a husband in the future so that they would not be separated for the rest of their lives. Because of jealousy of Daiyu, it is natural to think that Daiyu is not only intimate with Baoyu, but also close to the people around Baoyu, so the conclusion is that when Daiyu gets rare and worthless things, she will transfer them to the attacker as a trap.
The word "envelopment" here is not derogatory. In fact, it is very common for a master to give a reward to a close and powerful maid.
