As of 18:30 on June 27, after two days and one night of intense operation of nearly 2,000 precision operations, the Shuiquan 110 thousand volt substation in Tuoketuo County, Hohhot City was successfully put into operation, adding an important guarantee for the peak electricity consumption in summer and injecting new vitality into the economic development of Tuoketuo County.
Shuiquan 110,000 volt substation is located at the junction of Tumut Zuoqi and Helinger County, which is the core area of economic development in Tuoketuo County. The project, which will start construction at the end of 2023, will address the electricity demand of the Tuoketo Economic Development Zone and the core area of agricultural irrigation through the construction of two 40 megavolt ampere transformers and two 110 kV incoming lines.
In order to ensure the smooth operation of the new substation, the second substation management department of Hohhot Power Supply Company of Inner Mongolia Electric Power Group carefully planned and deployed in advance. The leaders in charge, technical specialists, safety specialists, and Yanshan operation and maintenance station duty personnel were stationed at the substation construction site in advance to carry out preliminary acceptance preparations. According to the principle of "one station, one case", a detailed acceptance schedule has been formulated, and a comprehensive and detailed inspection and verification of the equipment of the whole station have been carried out to ensure that all equipment meets the operation standards.
The department gives full play to the leading role of party building, and party members take the lead in the front, strictly implement various operating procedures in the process of power transmission, from ticket preparation to actual start operation, every step is strict and careful, serious and calm. Through measures such as "six checks", we ensure that all operations are successful at the first time.
The successful operation of the Shuiquan 110,000-volt substation not only provides reliable power guarantee for the enterprises in the Yunzhong Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Park, but also provides strong power grid support for the economic development of Tuoketuo County.
