Assorted tofu soup

200 grams of tofu, 100 grams of rapeseed, 50 grams of shiitake mushrooms, 50 grams of winter shoots, 10 grams of lard, 5 grams of salt, 3 grams of monosodium glutamate, 3 grams of pepper, 3 grams of coriander, 1.5 liters of broth

method

1. Slice the tofu, shred shiitake mushrooms, rapeseed, winter shoots, ham and finely slice the coriander.

2. Boil the broth and lard in the soup pot; add shredded shiitake mushrooms, shredded rapeseed, shredded winter shoots, salt, and then bring to a boil; pour in the tofu and cook until all float; add MSG and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
