8. It is strictly forbidden to dig sand and soil, plant crops, build indiscriminately in the railway protection area, and do not accumulate straw or sundries under the railway viaduct, escape passage or culvert;
9. It is strictly forbidden to grave, burn or burn crops in the railway protection zone and around the line, so as to avoid the fire burning the railway equipment and facilities and protective fences, and even entering the line protection network, endangering the safety of driving;
