On the occasion of the first anniversary of the opening of TFI Xiqingyuan, the Xiqing District Judicial Bureau, the People's Government of Jingwu Town, and TFI Xiqingyuan officially unveiled and put into use the public legal service studio of TFI Xiqingyuan, an important working platform for overall planning, high-quality docking and meticulous construction, becoming the first public legal service studio in the park.
As soon as the studio "opened", someone came to consult.
"Some time ago, our company made a change of equity, and I came today to do further consultation. For a start-up like ours, we don't know the details of many legal issues. Now there is a public legal service studio in the park, which is very close to our company, and we can also consult for free, and we do not need to hire a lawyer, which saves us time and capital costs, and saves a lot of detours. Gong Zongshuai, technical director of Huashen (Tianjin) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., said.
Although the studio in the park has not been launched for a long time, legal services have already penetrated into enterprises. Over the past year since the opening of TFI Xiqing Park, the Xiqing District Bureau of Justice has taken public legal services as the starting point, based on the functions of judicial administration, and actively coordinated legal resources such as lawyers, rule of law publicity, people's mediation, legal aid, and notarization, and has carried out more than 10 "legal examinations" for enterprises in the park, provided door-to-door notary services for enterprises, and vigorously carried out investigation and resolution of conflicts and disputes involving enterprises.
In addition to arranging duty lawyers to provide on-site legal consulting services every week, the studio also installs portable intelligent terminals for public legal services to provide "full-service, full-time-space" public legal services for enterprises and employees in the park, realizing the one-stop operation of basic public legal services and further broadening the convenient channels for enterprises and employees to obtain legal services.
According to Shi Jing, Chief of the Public Legal Service Section of the Xiqing District Justice Bureau, in order to further play the role of public legal services in optimizing the business environment under the rule of law and promoting high-quality economic development, we have set up a public legal service studio in the park this year. In the next step, relying on the entity platform of the studio, high-quality legal service resources will be directly introduced into the park, so as to provide more convenient, efficient, accurate and professional public legal services for the employees of enterprises in the district, and open up the "last mile" of public legal services to escort the development of enterprises.
