In order to thoroughly implement Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law and General Secretary Xi Jinping's major strategic requirements for Guangxi, strive to create a first-class business environment based on the rule of law, and promote the development and construction of the border pass industrial park, on the afternoon of April 30, the Autonomous Region Department of Justice, the Chongzuo Area Management Committee of the Pilot Free Trade Zone, the Chongzuo Municipal Bureau of Justice, Pingxiang Customs, the Pingxiang Municipal Bureau of Justice, and the Pingxiang Municipal Taxation Bureau jointly organized a series of "rule of law into the park" publicity activities in Pingxiang Xiashi Industrial Park. A total of 80 representatives of relevant units and enterprises in the park participated in the event.
At the lecture, Zhao Menglu, deputy chief of the Enterprise Management and Verification Section of Pingxiang Customs under Nanning Customs and coordinator of senior certified enterprises of the Customs, gave an in-depth explanation of the foreign trade enterprise policy - customs clearance facilitation measures, shared the convenient way to efficiently solve the customs-related problems encountered in the handling of foreign trade business, and gave in-depth answers to questions about import and export customs clearance and customs registration of enterprises. Li Zhenglun, Chief of the Comprehensive Business Section of the Friendship Customs under Nanning Customs and an expert in customs clearance supervision, interpreted RCEP tariff concessions and other policies, and preached the contents and cases of customs commodity classification, tax collection and management, price determination, etc., to help enterprises better understand and grasp relevant measures and policies to deal with the risks and challenges they are currently facing. Deng Xiangsong, deputy director of the Pingxiang Municipal Taxation Bureau, expounded the basic situation of the current enterprise taxation in Pingxiang City, and provided guidance on the content, time limit and requirements of the "five exemptions and five halves" policy for new enterprises in line with the national key encouraged development industry catalogue on the impact of tax policies and enterprise development.
On the basis of full research, the "order-based" policy interpretation and "one question and one response" linkage mechanism were implemented to carry out counseling and publicity on enterprise-related issues for all kinds of enterprises in the park, and a legal service consultation point was set up on the spot to answer questions and solve specific law-related affairs, and escort the high-quality development of the park, which was well received by all enterprises.
