On the morning of June 5, Huadu General Group held the groundbreaking ceremony of the automotive hydrogen kinetic energy equipment base of the intelligent production headquarters and the commissioning ceremony of the new energy sanitation equipment intelligent manufacturing base of Huakai Lvqing Company in Guangzhou Nandu Electromechanical Industry Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Huakai Lvqing Equipment Co., Ltd., which is not only a key step in the business development and technological upgrading of Huadu General Group, but also an important embodiment of Huadu General Group's practice of "intelligent manufacturing" strategy.
It is understood that the intelligent production headquarters project of Guangzhou Huadu General Group is located in Guangzhou Huadu Automobile City, with a total land area of 40,460 square meters, and plans to invest 400 million yuan to build a new 16-storey general intelligent headquarters building and 3-storey factory building on the ground, with a total construction area of about 41,000 square meters, mainly engaged in the design, development, manufacturing and sales of commercial elevators, escalators and hydrogen energy equipment. After the transformation, it is expected that the annual output value will reach 1 billion yuan, and the comprehensive tax revenue will exceed 50 million yuan.
Huakai Lvqing Company's new energy sanitation equipment intelligent manufacturing base
After the new energy sanitation equipment intelligent manufacturing base of Huakai Lvqing Company reaches production, it will have an annual output of 1,000 sets of compressed garbage bins/stations and 500 sets of new energy sanitation vehicles, with an output value of 250 million yuan, a tax revenue of 15 million yuan, and 150 jobs. After the construction and commissioning, the company strives to create a "little giant" and a "single champion" in the manufacturing industry, and make efforts and contributions to the construction of a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy system.
In recent years, the state has vigorously promoted the infrastructure construction of transportation rail complexes, and the demand for escalators has become increasingly obvious. At present, GM Group has received a large number of escalator orders for the third phase of Baiyun Airport, subways, high-speed rail stations and other construction projects. The completion of the new plant of this project will greatly increase the production capacity of escalators.
At the same time, according to the national development strategy of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality", we will actively build a hydrogen energy industry system in Guangdong Province and Guangzhou City, support the sustainable and healthy development of the hydrogen energy industry, and according to the "Medium and Long-term Plan for the Development of Hydrogen Energy Industry" and other policies, the scale of the hydrogen energy industry will reach 300 billion yuan in 2027, which has very great development prospects. The Automotive Hydrogen Kinetic Energy Equipment Base of the Intelligent Production Headquarters is mainly used to produce hydrogen energy equipment products, focus on hydrogen kinetic energy technology innovation, and inject new momentum into economic growth.
