On June 24, the city's coal mine "double full-day" work site promotion meeting was held in Yinjiashan Coal Mine in Suiyang County, to arrange and deploy the city's coal mine "double-full-day" work and the recent coal mine safety production work. All departments at all levels and all coal mining enterprises should fully understand the importance of the "double full-day" work, comprehensively and systematically carry out the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers in the coal mining industry and the investigation of the "three violations" and anti-"three violations" by all employees, so as to promote the implementation of the "double-full-day" work and ensure that the safety production situation of coal mines in the city continues to be stable and improving.
The meeting required that all departments at all levels and coal mining enterprises should attach great importance to the "double full-day" work, adhere to the supremacy of the people and the supremacy of life, continue to take the "double-full-day" work as the starting point, improve the "double-full-day" supporting system, and focus on the "three" list combing. It is necessary to urge coal mining enterprises to carry out safety production warning education and special training on safety laws and regulations for employees, and continuously improve the safety risk awareness of employees. It is necessary to thoroughly implement the strategic deployment of "rich ore and fine development", resolutely eliminate high-end general mining faces, strictly prohibit the use of scaffolding support for newly excavated roadways, and make every effort to promote comprehensive mechanization and auxiliary intelligent mining. It is necessary to pay close attention to the preparation and implementation of safety prevention and control measures for major safety matters such as coal removal in Shimen, hot welding, roadway penetration, ventilation system adjustment and other major safety matters of coal mining enterprises, and do a good job in on-site safety management. At the same time, it is necessary to conscientiously implement the relevant requirements for doing a good job in the safety work in the current flood season, especially in accordance with the requirements of the "13 Must-Check" Checklist for the Prevention and Control of Water Disasters and Water and Sand Bursts in Coal Mines in Guizhou Province", conscientiously carry out flood prevention inspections with full coverage during the flood season, make every effort to do a good job in flood prevention and lightning protection facilities, flood control materials, power supply systems, drainage systems, water prevention and control measures, and emergency duty inspections, and strictly implement the system of stopping production and withdrawing personnel in extreme weather such as heavy rain.
