On June 27, 2017, the 28th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress deliberated and passed the "On Amending <中华人民共和国民事诉讼法>and <中华人民共和国行政诉讼法>WithFormally establish a system for procuratorial organs to initiate public interest litigation. On July 1, 2017, the procuratorial public interest litigation system was fully launched. On the occasion of the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the procuratorial public interest litigation system has also gone through seven years. In order to fulfill the original mission and take the Long March road in the new era, on the morning of June 27, the procuratorial cadres and police of the Public Interest Litigation Department of the Jingyang County People's Procuratorate went to the Yunyang Red Memory Exhibition Hall to carry out the party day activity with the theme of "keeping the original intention, strengthening the party spirit, and re-taking the Long March road".
Theme Party Day Activities
Yunyang Town, Jingyang County, an ordinary town on the Guanzhong Plain. After the outbreak of the Xi'an Incident, according to the unified deployment of the Central Revolutionary Military Commission, the main forces of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army moved south to Guanzhong, and the General Headquarters of the Red Army's former enemy was stationed in Yunyang Town. Here, the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army under the leadership of the Communist Party of China put aside grievances, discarded past grievances, and reorganized into the Eighth Route Army of the National Revolutionary Army (later renamed the 18th Group Army), which became the mainstay of the national unity and resistance against Japanese aggression.
July 1st Party Day
Here, the cadres and police officers systematically studied the glorious history of the Eighth Route Army of the National Revolutionary Army (hereinafter referred to as the Eighth Route Army), an anti-Japanese armed force under the direct leadership of the Communist Party of China, in Yunyang. It has an in-depth understanding of the major historical events in which the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army moved south to the Weibei area after the Xi'an Incident, and was subsequently reorganized into the Eighth Route Army of the National Revolutionary Army.
The cadres and police officers also studied in detail the relevant historical materials of the reorganization of the Red Army and the anti-Japanese pledge meeting held by the Eighth Route Army in Yunyang, and profoundly understood the spiritual connotation of the Eighth Route Army's pledge to resist the war. I deeply felt the revolutionary spirit of the Eighth Route Army's arduous struggle, indomitable and indomitable spirit, and further strengthened our understanding of the hardships and difficulties of the Communist Party of China leading the people to create a great history.
