Maslow proposed seven needs for individual development:

The need for human survival and racial continuation is the most important need, including the need for food, water, air, sex, excretion, rest, etc.

People need stability, security, protection, order, freedom from fear and anxiety, and so on.

A person needs to establish emotional connections or relationships with other people. People always crave the care, love and trust of their relatives and friends, and want to belong to a group or group.

An individual's need for self-esteem and expectations to be respected by others based on self-evaluation.

The need for individuals to explore, understand, and solve difficult problems in themselves and the world around them. It is a tool for overcoming obstacles, and when cognitive needs are frustrated, the ability to meet other needs is also threatened.

Appreciate and find the need for beauty. Or rather, it is the psychological need to appreciate the good and want the things around them to be orderly, structured, natural, and truth-oriented.

This is the need for creation, the need for the pursuit of self-ideals, the psychological need to give full play to one's potential and talents, and the need for creativity and self-worth to be reflected.
