Recently, Qin'an County Fire and Rescue, Emergency Management, Transportation, Traffic Police, Ecological Environment, Health and other departments jointly carried out an emergency response drill for hazardous chemical vehicle traffic accidents, aiming to resolutely prevent and curb the occurrence of major hazardous chemical transportation traffic accidents, further improve the emergency rescue ability of highway hazardous chemical traffic accidents, strengthen the departmental linkage mechanism, and improve the level of coordination.
The drill simulated a dangerous goods transport truck loaded with liquefied petroleum gas when driving to a section of the road in Qin'an County, and a truck in the rear collided, resulting in a slight injury to one person on the truck, damage to the tank truck, a little leakage of liquefied petroleum gas, blocked roads, and the situation was critical.
After receiving the 119 alarm call, the command center of the Qin'an County Fire and Rescue Brigade immediately dispatched 3 vehicles and 17 people to the scene for disposal. After arriving at the scene, the commander clarified the division of labor according to the situation at the scene, reasonably arranged the police force, and comprehensively carried out measures such as vigilance, investigation, rescue, fire control, and leakage plugging with the cooperation of the social linkage unit. After more than 20 minutes of hard fighting, the fire was completely extinguished and the drill was successfully concluded.
Through the exercise, the rapid response ability, emergency rescue and coordination ability of various departments to deal with hazardous chemical leakage accidents were further tested, and the purpose of training the team, improving the actual combat level, and finding and solving problems was achieved, and valuable experience was accumulated for improving the technical and tactical level of the fire brigade in timely and effective fighting the disaster accidents at hazardous chemical sites.
