In order to thoroughly implement the provincial bureau's deployment of safety production and special equipment safety, fully strengthen the safety supervision of special equipment, and ensure the smooth and safe operation of special equipment in the jurisdiction, the Kongtian Branch of Anyuan County Market Supervision Administration took the 23rd national "Safety Production Month" and the "National Special Equipment Safety Day" on June 29 as an opportunity to carry out a series of special equipment safety publicity activities and special inspection actions with the theme of "guarding the safety of special equipment and helping high-quality development", and made every effort to build a good special equipment safety defense line in the jurisdiction.
Carry out extensive publicity to enhance the public's awareness of safety. Organize and carry out special equipment safety into enterprises, rural areas, communities, schools and families and other "five" activities, explain to the masses the safety knowledge closely related to life, such as elevator and gas use, and distribute more than 210 copies of publicity materials such as gas safety for residents to take the elevator safely, and strive to improve the safety quality of the whole people and the overall safety level of society, and truly put the purpose of "everyone stresses safety, everyone will be able to respond to emergencies" deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and create a strong social publicity atmosphere of paying attention to safety, attaching importance to safety and participating in safety.
Strengthen supervision and inspection, and promote the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers. Carry out safety production inspections in the field of gas pipelines, gas cylinder filling, boilers, pressure vessels, elevators and other special equipment within the jurisdiction. Through the combination of real-time viewing network supervision platform and on-site supervision, we will strengthen daily inspections and inspections, focus on inspecting the equipment inspection and maintenance of special equipment users, supervise and urge special equipment users to implement the main responsibility for safety, and timely remind units with equipment early warning to avoid overdue inspections, prevent equipment from "overdue service and sick operation", and insist on achieving "zero damage" of special equipment in the jurisdiction to ensure the safe and stable operation of special equipment.
Tighten the strings of safety and consolidate the main responsibility of the enterprise. While carrying out safety production inspections in the field of special equipment, we urge the production and use units of special equipment to attach great importance to safety production, tighten the safety strings, correctly handle the relationship between safety and development, and improve the level of safety production; Tighten the safety valve, strictly consolidate the main responsibility of enterprises, and promote the construction of a dual prevention mechanism for hierarchical control of safety risks and hidden danger investigation and management. Enterprises are required to strengthen internal publicity, strengthen safety education and training for personnel in important departments and key positions, continuously strengthen the awareness of safety production, and resolutely build a strong line of defense for safe production.
In this special inspection action, a total of 35 sets of special equipment from 12 user units in the jurisdiction were inspected, 24 law enforcement officers were dispatched, 15 potential safety hazards were identified, 13 were rectified on site, and 2 copies of the "Special Equipment Safety Supervision Instruction" were issued, and special equipment with potential safety hazards was required to be put into use only after the rectification was in place within the specified period.
There is no trivial matter in safe production. In the next step, our sub-bureau will always adhere to the principle of "managing the industry must manage safety", increase law enforcement, consolidate the responsibility of safety production supervision in the market field, tighten the safety strings, carry out safety production publicity on a regular basis, and carefully escort the "safety production month" to build a solid line of defense for safe production.
