In order to ensure that the fire safety investigation and rectification actions of cultural relics and historical buildings in the district are solid and effective, according to the deployment requirements of the district party committee and district government, from June 26th to 27th, the special class for the investigation and rectification of fire safety hazards in cultural relics and historical buildings in Fengze District was dispatched to the District Bureau of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, and the District Fire and Rescue Brigade to set up 2 supervision groups to carry out special supervision and inspection in 8 streets in the district.
Each supervision group adopts a combination of comprehensive understanding and key spot checks, compares the relevant work ledgers of each street, and supervises and inspects the implementation of the fire safety hazard investigation and rectification of cultural relics and historical buildings in relevant streets through the combination of data review and on-site verification. Focus on whether the implementation plan is formulated in combination with the local reality; whether mobilization and deployment are carried out; whether to set up a special team for investigation and remediation work and operate it substantively; Whether to organize a comprehensive investigation, and establish the "List of Fire Safety Hidden Danger Investigation and Rectification Problems, Rectification List and Responsibility List of Cultural Relics Buildings and Historical Buildings" for each street; Whether the fire safety emergency response work of cultural relics and historical buildings is included in the street and community safety emergency response system, and random spot checks, focusing on the inspection of the fire safety responsibility system and safety management system, the public notice board of the cultural relics safety responsible person of each cultural relics building unit, the equipment and management of fire protection facilities, the management of the use of fire and electricity dangerous goods, the safety control of incense and paper burning in religious places, the management of high-risk business formats, and the safety management of electric bicycles.
This supervision and inspection of each street spot check at least 2 cultural protection units (or cultural relics) and 1 historical building, a total of 21 spot checks on the spot, a total of 56 problems and hidden dangers, mainly focused on fire extinguisher equipment is insufficient, unreasonable placement, not timely maintenance and replacement, electrical equipment is not standardized, wires and lines are not protected by metal casing and other problems. Each supervision group was immediately informed on the spot, put forward suggestions for rectification measures, required the local streets and communities to strictly implement the territorial management responsibilities, urged and coordinated the owners of the construction units or the management and use units to conscientiously implement the main responsibility, effectively enhance safety awareness, pay close attention to the completion of problem rectification, and draw inferences from one another, carry out inspections on a regular basis, and timely self-inspection and self-correction to avoid safety accidents.
In the next step, the district work team will summarize the hidden dangers, report and feedback in a timely manner, further strengthen guidance, supervision and coordination and scheduling, pay close attention to weak links, focus on resolving outstanding risks, and continuously promote the in-depth investigation and rectification of fire safety hazards in cultural relics and historical buildings in the district.
