It is reported that the patient is an elderly man, because the abdomen is not suitable for colonoscopy in the hospital, it was found that a lateral developing mass was found 10cm away from the anus, the size was about 1.5cmX1.2cmX0.4cm, and the pathological results outside the hospital showed that tubular villous adenoma with low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, and local high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia could not be ruled out. Later, he went to Wei County People's Hospital for treatment, and after being admitted to the hospital, he improved the relevant examinations, and after the discussion of Director Jiao Delu and all the medical staff, it was decided to perform endoscopic mucosal dissection (ESD) for the patient, and a strict surgical plan was formulated. After full communication with the patient and his family, and with the close cooperation of the staff of the endoscopy room, Jiao Delu and his team skillfully completed a series of operations such as marking, injection, peeling, hemostatic clip clipping and wound closure with rich experience and exquisite technology, and successfully completely peeled off the early cancerous tissue in the patient's rectum. The procedure took only about an hour, and the patient returned to the ward after surgery and recovered well without any complications. The postoperative pathological report showed that the mucosal tissue submitted for examination showed high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, individual glands were cancerous, and the cancerous glands were close to the mucosal muscles, with basal incision margins and horizontal resection margins (-).
