The event was presided over by Xie Dongfeng, deputy director of Shihudang Town Community Health Service Center, and a total of more than 70 medical staff participated.

Director Wang Jing, Director Lai Yuexing and Director Li Qinghua from the Department of Gastroenterology of Songjiang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine respectively shared "Research on Helicobacter pylori Treatment Regimen", "Screening and Treatment of Early Cancer of the Digestive Tract" and "Diagnosis and Treatment of Gallstones and Cholangitis".

The grassroots lecture tour of digestive diseases was sponsored by the Digestive Professional Committee of Shanghai Songjiang District Medical Association, undertaken by Songjiang Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, and co-organized by the Community Health Service Center of Shihudang Town, Songjiang District, aiming to promote the improvement of the diagnosis and treatment ability of general practitioners in the region, strengthen the academic exchanges between gastroenterologists and community general practitioners, and further improve the ability and level of diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases of general practitioners in the district.
