In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the food safety situation of catering enterprises, the research team successively went to Yisheng Building, Xinqian Sky Garden, Huimen Banquet, Damei Zhongqing Ecological Park and other catering enterprises for on-the-spot inspection, to learn more about the equipment and performance of food safety directors and food safety administrators of enterprises, to check the storage of kitchen raw materials, processing and production processes, environmental sanitation of dining and meal preparation places, health management of employees, etc., and to conduct food procurement, purchase inspection, food sample retention, tableware disinfection, and the construction of "Internet + Bright Kitchen Bright Stove" and "daily control, weekly inspection, monthly scheduling" and other systems to inquire and understand. The research team believes that the district government and relevant departments attach great importance to food safety work, always regard food safety work as a major political task and a major event in people's livelihood, thoroughly implement the food safety strategy, realize the whole chain and whole process supervision of food, continuously improve the ability of modern food safety governance, and continue to show stability and improvement in food safety work in the whole region. Through recent comprehensive and in-depth research and discussion and exchanges, the research team found that there are still some shortcomings in the food safety work in our district in the implementation of market entity responsibility, food safety testing, and long-term supervision mechanism.

In order to further promote the food safety work, the research team suggested that the district government and relevant departments should focus on increasing food safety supervision and law enforcement, deepen the special rectification work of food safety, and severely punish illegal acts in the food field with the momentum of "serious + more serious", so as to effectively protect the safety of the public. It is necessary to continue to carry out the centralized rectification of unhealthy trends and corruption around the masses with the style of "meticulous + rigorous", and systematically investigate all kinds of risks and hidden dangers around the key small things in catering services, food circulation, campus food safety, etc., and implement various tasks of detailed and centralized rectification, so that the people have a real sense of gain. It is necessary to strengthen the long-term supervision of production and operation with "pragmatic + powerful" measures, and regularly organize the person in charge of food production and operation, food safety management personnel, and practitioners to study and train on food safety laws and regulations, and continuously improve food safety awareness. At the same time, it is necessary to increase the full coverage supervision and inspection of densely populated places such as hospitals, nursing homes and school canteens, strictly control every pass and link of catering services, improve the food safety level of centralized dining units, and ensure the "safety on the tip of the tongue" of the people.
