In view of the outstanding problems found in the special action of campus food safety investigation and rectification, the "Guiding Opinions" put forward 8 contents, including the implementation of the principal (principal) responsibility system, strengthening the prevention and control of vector organisms, standardizing the cleaning and disinfection of reusable dining utensils, standardizing the procurement of bulk ingredients, strengthening the implementation of the purchase inspection system, strictly managing the contracted business behavior, strengthening the management of off-campus feeding units, and strengthening emergency response capabilities. At the same time, the "Guiding Opinions" proposes to tighten the regulatory responsibilities of the market supervision departments, tighten the management responsibilities of the education administrative departments, strengthen the relevant responsibilities of the health departments and public security organs, organize experts to guide the prevention and control of vector organisms, and severely crack down on all kinds of campus food safety crimes in accordance with the law.
