Recently, the demolition and resettlement housing construction project in Dawan Area B, Jinniu District, undertaken by Chengdu Construction Engineering Group No. 8 Company, has been fully completed and entered the final stage.
Jinniu District Dawan District B Demolition and Resettlement Housing Construction Project is located in Chengdu Jinniu District Tianhui Street Dawan Group 5, 6, 7, is a key livelihood project in Chengdu, the project lasted two years to complete, with a total construction area of 521,000 square meters, mainly composed of 9 high-rise residential buildings, two-story basements (including civil air defense) and 1 guard room, 1 garbage room, etc., which can meet the housing needs of more than 5,000 residents at the same time.
Walking into the project site, the lush greenery, neat pavement, spacious entrance gate, plastic sports field and rest area give residents a sense of multiple rituals to go home. During the construction process, in the face of the large area of the site, many cross-operation processes, and complex structural forms of the foundation floor, the project department carefully analyzed the major difficulties of construction, targeted construction countermeasures, and used green construction technology, seismic resistance, reinforcement and monitoring technology, information technology, etc., to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency while improving construction efficiency and reducing the rework rate of the project.
It is understood that the project has been awarded the titles of "Sichuan Provincial Structural Demonstration Project" and "Chengdu Green Benchmark Construction Site" in 2023, which has become another beautiful business card of the company in the north of the city.
