The deputy commander of the Suining Headquarters of Chengdawan High-speed Railway Company introduced to Liangchun that this is the first bridge to be capped in the "four bridges" of the major and difficult projects of the Chengdawan high-speed railway, marking that the major and difficult projects of the whole line have entered the stage of tackling.

Ziyang Tuojiang Bridge is located in Yanjiang District, Ziyang City, the main bridge is 622 meters long, the design speed is 350 kilometers per hour, the main span is 320 meters of low tower cable-stayed bridge, the capping of the main tower is the No. 10 tower, 114.5 meters high.

Ren Wei, the designer and project manager of the Second Institute of China Railway, introduced that the major and difficult projects of the Chengdawan high-speed railway have "four bridges and three tunnels", and the "four bridges" have crossed the Jialing River, Tuojiang River, Fujiang River and Qujiang River respectively, among them, the Ziyang Tuojiang Bridge is the second longest high-speed rail tower cable-stayed bridge with a speed of 350 kilometers per hour in the country, second only to the Nanchong Jialing River Bridge.

Although it is a low tower, the upper tower of Ziyang Tuojiang Bridge (that is, the distance from the bridge deck to the top of the tower) is as high as 59 meters, which is 2-3 times that of the upper tower of the common low tower cable-stayed bridge. Moreover, there are embedded parts such as steel bars, lock saddles, and stiff skeletons in the main tower of the cable-stayed bridge, which are embedded while constructing, and the precision requirements are extremely high.

Ji Feifei, the technical director of the first work area of the Chengdawan high-speed rail project department of China Railway Bridge Bureau, said that there are as many as 4 types of cross-section of the tower, and the formwork system needs to be constantly converted, and the main tower is divided into 25 sections during construction, and the light hydraulic climbing with a shorter construction period is adopted, and some point arches are prefabricated in advance, and then promoted to aerial construction to reduce the time of high-altitude work. In view of the characteristics of many embedded parts, the project department uses BIM technology to carry out digital modeling, conducts anti-collision simulation experiments of different embedded parts online in advance, and then applies the safest solution to the construction; The whole process is monitored by the instrument, the offset is controlled, and the accuracy is controlled within 3 mm.

The Chengdawan high-speed railway is an important part of the mainland's "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed rail network along the river, the line starts from Tianfu Station in Chengdu, Sichuan Province in the west, passes through Ziyang City, Suining City, Nanchong City, Dazhou City in Sichuan Province and Kaizhou District and Wanzhou District of Chongqing City, and connects to the existing Wanzhou North Station of Zhengyu High-speed Railway, which is of positive significance for opening up the high-speed railway channel from Sichuan to the Yangtze River Delta region and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
