How to understand overnight food

The two watermelons were then cultured for bacteria. The results showed that watermelons treated with clean knives and cutting boards contained 160 bacterial colonies per 25 grams, which was within the safe range. Watermelons, on the other hand, treated with meat-cut knives and cutting boards, contain 8,400 bacterial colonies per 25 grams, which is beyond the safe range. It can be seen that watermelon can be eaten overnight, but only if it is cut with a clean knife and cutting board, and sealed in plastic wrap as soon as possible.

It's healthier to eat in moderation

Watermelon has high sugar content and sufficient water, if calculated according to 8% sugar content, 1000 grams of watermelon has 80 grams of sugar, and the energy is about 300 kcal, and the satiety of watermelon is relatively poor, and everyone is easy to eat more.

It is recommended to eat 200~350 grams of watermelon flesh per day, and 350~650 grams if it contains melon skin. Diabetics can consider eating watermelon between meals, eating 200 grams of watermelon in two divided doses of 100 grams each time. People with weak gastrointestinal function try not to eat iced watermelon.
