Taking the cultural heritage included in UNESCO as the prototype, the plan calls on Chinese online literary writers to dig deep into the connotation and story of cultural heritage to create short literary works, and invite directors, screenwriters and short video creators to further develop the literary works in the form of short dramas, animations, music and other digital content forms in the form of new cultural creation models, so as to show the charm of world cultural heritage in three dimensions.

As the first attempt of the "New Cultural Creation Project for World Cultural Heritage", the platinum writer "Squid Who Loves Diving" created a short story "Jujube Knows" for the world cultural heritage of Mount Emei on the occasion of nearly 25th anniversary. The novel is adapted from the legend of Mount Emei, "Xuanyuan Seeks the Tao to Emei", which tells a magical treasure hunting story that is endlessly looped by greed, aiming to convey the meaning of "peace within its gods, external desires, and no greed".

Under the guidance of the Sichuan Provincial Culture and Tourism Information Center and the Emeishan Municipal Bureau of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the two sides also created a short drama of the same name based on a short story. Performed by World Heritage narrator Qin Hao, the skit play incorporates many elements of Local Cultural Tourism in Sichuan during the production process. The drama specially invited Weng Jie, a teacher of the China Academy of Fine Arts, to make a stop-motion animation short film using the method of Sichuan intangible cultural heritage "clay sculpture", and took the Sichuan Emei Mountain specialty "Cow Horn Jujube" as the story clue, so that the audience could feel the "taste of Sichuan".

At present, users can already watch the "Jujube Know" short drama on multiple platforms such as Tencent Video, WeChat Video Account, Tencent WeTV, Tencent Watching Point, etc., and can also watch the short story of the same name on reading platforms such as Reading Start Reading and QQ Reading under the Reading Group. In addition, users can also enjoy excellent original literary works from this year's Next Idea Tencent New Cultural and Creative Competition, including "Dream in the Garden" created with Suzhou Garden as the background, "Good Time of Red Bricks and Green Tiles" about the aesthetics of the Summer Palace, and "National Essence Shadow Puppet" with the theme of inheritance and development of shadow puppetry. These works are selected from nearly 7,000 entries from the Next Idea Sub-Competition Original Short Story Literature Competition.

It is reported that the "World Cultural Heritage New Cultural and Creative Program" has been planned to launch a series of new cultural creations around a number of world cultural heritages during the Spring Festival in 2021, allowing users to feel the beauty of the world cultural heritage at home through the way of fingertip "cloud travel".
