Strengthen learning and education, and enhance the need to keep pace with the times. Through various forms such as regularly holding on-site study and training meetings, group meetings, and distributing learning materials, Chenping Sub-district organizes the persons in charge of religious activity sites and clergy to study the religious policies of the Party and the state, the "National Flag Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Regulations on Religious Affairs", the "Regulations on the United Front Work of the Communist Party of China" and other laws and regulations, effectively enhancing the awareness of members of religious site management to study, abide by, protect and use the law, promote the religious activity sites in the jurisdiction to keep pace with the times, and enhance their ability to manage themselves in accordance with the law.
Strengthen security inspections and build a strong line of defense. The neighborhood has organized staff to conduct safety inspections at religious activity sites on many occasions, and conducted detailed inspections on fire protection, gas, food safety, building construction, and housing safety in the venues. In view of the potential safety hazards in the place, such as incomplete fire-fighting equipment, untimely update, inadequate placement, unthreaded wires, non-standard installation of lighting facilities, and random stacking of objects, the rectification time is clearly required, and a review is carried out to ensure that the rectification of potential safety hazards in the place is completed in a closed loop.
Strengthen institutional safeguards and adhere to standardized management. Continuously improve the three-level network and two-level responsibility mechanism for religious work, establish and complete hierarchical responsibility and territorial management systems, and clarify the management personnel of religious work in neighborhoods and villages (communities). At the same time, all religious activity sites are strictly required to establish and improve various management systems, and organize personnel to conduct irregular inspections of the venues' compliance with laws, regulations, and rules, and the establishment and implementation of the venues' financial management systems, so as to ensure that all systems are in place.
