On the afternoon of June 26, 2024, the final review of the "Conceptual Planning for the Ecological Restoration and Comprehensive Development and Construction Project of Baima Mountain, Phoenix Mountain, Phoenix Mountain, Sanshan Area, Yijiang District" (hereinafter referred to as the plan) undertaken by the Yangtze River Delta Agricultural Planning Research Institute of China Agricultural Futong (hereinafter referred to as the Planning Institute) was successfully held in the conference room of the Management Committee of Wuhu High-tech Zone. The meeting was presided over by Dai Wei, deputy director of the Yijiang District Rural Water Conservancy Bureau, and attended by the leaders of the Yijiang District Culture, Tourism and Sports Bureau, Baima, Huolong and Penggang sub-districts, the director of the Agricultural and Water Affairs Office, the main persons in charge of the relevant villages (residences) involved in the project, and three experts from Nanjing University, Anhui Normal University, and Jiangsu Agricultural Green Development Research Association.

The "planning" is entrusted by the Agriculture and Rural Water Affairs Bureau of Yijiang District, Wuhu City. Yijiang District has a good economic foundation, convenient transportation, and many cultural and tourism resources such as squirrel town. The demonstration area has many mountain and forest resources, abundant pit resources, and has a multi-functional development foundation. At the meeting, the person in charge of the project made a detailed report on the "Planning" plan from six aspects: planning background, site status, planning positioning, project planning, special planning, and guarantee system. Based on the advantages of the demonstration area's superior transportation location, good ecological foundation, unique industrial and mining resources, the plan actively cultivates new business formats such as creative agriculture, agricultural experience, and popular science education, integrates agriculture, industry, culture, education and tourism, and strives to build an agricultural tourism complex with excellent ecology, beautiful environment, prosperous industry, hot consumption, and rich farmers.
The leaders at the meeting recognized the plan, believing that the text structure of the planning plan is reasonable, the level is clear, the target positioning is accurate, the special planning basis is sufficient, and the content is detailed, and the project team has fully communicated with the project team on the integration of culture and tourism, planning convergence, construction timing, safeguard measures, etc., and put forward valuable opinions and suggestions.
