On June 28, Lushui City held a meeting to promote the rectification of feedback problems from ecological and environmental protection inspectors.
The meeting focused on watching the typical cases exposed in Yunnan Province by the third round of central ecological and environmental protection inspectors, and reported the progress of the rectification of various problems involving Lushui, and some units reported the rectification and improvement of the work.
The meeting pointed out that the inspection and rectification of ecological environmental protection supervision is an important starting point for the implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, an objective requirement for practicing the concept of green development and promoting high-quality development, and also provides a rare opportunity for Lushui to solve outstanding ecological and environmental problems, fight a tough battle against pollution, and force enterprises to accelerate transformation and upgrading.
The meeting stressed that the relevant departments at the township (street) and municipal levels should fully understand the importance and necessity of doing a good job in the inspection and rectification of ecological and environmental protection, effectively enhance the sense of mission, responsibility and urgency of promoting the rectification work, resolutely overcome the fear of difficulties and war-weariness, have nothing to do with themselves, wait passively, and feel good about themselves, and grasp the rectification work as a strategic, overall and systemic issue, as a big test to test how we have learned, how we understand, and how we have done. We will make greater efforts to grasp rectification one by one, settle hard accounts one by one, make every effort to promote rectification, and complete rectification tasks with high quality.
The meeting required that we should thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, fully implement the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council and the work requirements of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government. Efforts should be made to build a beautiful Lushui with green mountains, green water and fresh air, and promote the high-quality leapfrog development of Lushui with the improvement of ecological environment quality.
