The Mong Kok store in Hong Kong is the first test of wooden house barbecue overseas, and in the future, wooden house barbecue will continue to promote the overseas plan. In response to entering the Hong Kong market, in early June this year, Sui Zhengjun, the founder of Muwu Barbecue, pointed out in an interview with the self-media Red Meal Network that it is very challenging to open a store in Hong Kong, not only because the local culture, policies and policies are different from those in the mainland, but also because it is to welcome new diners in an unfamiliar market.
According to him, before entering the Hong Kong market, Wooden House Barbecue has recruited and formed an international professional team. This is not only to allow the cabin to gain a foothold in Hong Kong, but also to prepare for the international market in the future. Sui Zhengjun has gone to many countries for inspection this year, and the plan to go to sea for wooden house barbecue is still advancing.
