During the training, the astronauts can monitor the azimuth and pitch angles of the target spacecraft from the display screen, track the relative distance and speed between the spacecraft and the target vehicle, and use the translation handle and attitude control handle to carry out speed control and attitude control and other operation skills training.
Last week, the astronaut crew also carried out a sports cardiopulmonary function test, and detected and evaluated the functional reserve and regulation ability of the astronauts' cardiovascular system and respiratory system through the method of exercise respiratory metabolism, so as to prepare for the subsequent out-of-cabin activities.

At 7:55 on January 8, 2022, after about 2 hours, the Shenzhou-13 astronaut crew, with the close coordination of ground scientific and technological personnel, adopted a hand-controlled remote operation method in the core module of the space station, and successfully completed the rendezvous and docking test of the Tianzhou-2 cargo spacecraft and the space station assembly.
After the start of the test, the Tianzhou-2 cargo spacecraft separated from the forward port of the node module of the core module, and the astronauts controlled the cargo spacecraft to evacuate to the predetermined berthing point through manual remote operation. After a short pause, it will be transferred to the translational approach section to control the cargo spacecraft and the space station assembly to accurately complete the forward rendezvous and docking.
