On the morning of June 26, the opening ceremony of the Lishui Hyde Vinyl Music Collection was held and entered the trial operation stage. The exhibition hall covers an area of 3,800 square meters, displaying the "gramophone history" since Edison invented the first gramophone in 1877, and more than 20,000 collectible vinyl records, conveying the beauty of vinyl music to the public.
Lishui Haide Vinyl Music Collection is located at No. 578 Yanshan Road, founded by Mr. Ye Haijie, a patriotic overseas Chinese in Germany. The museum is divided into four exhibition areas: "Vinyl Era", "Classic Chants", "Chinese Treasures" and "The Most Beautiful Watch", as well as vinyl workshops and multi-functional halls, where you can immerse yourself in the musical aesthetics of vinyl records, understand the physical essence, mechanical structure, and production process of vinyl records, and have in-depth exchanges with music and art, and feel the unique charm of vinyl records.
The first section of the collection is "The Age of Vinyl", which focuses on the development of vinyl records and phonographs. Here you can witness the birth of vinyl records with your own eyes, and you can relive the century-old classics of old gramophone records; Here you will feel the weight of history, the intimacy of nostalgia, the sense of luxury of experience, the mechanical beauty of the gramophone, and the original purity of vinyl records.
The second part is "Classical Chants", which mainly talks about the music history of three types of music: classical, jazz, and rock.
The third part is "Treasures of the Chinese Language", which talks about the evolutionary history of vinyl records and gramophones entering China.
The fourth part is "The Most Beautiful Watch", which mainly tells the story of vinyl records under the impact of the digital wave, and still has a place under the protection of many people.
A series of interactive experience devices are set up in the museum, which introduces the sound principle and physical structure of vinyl records and gramophones to the public in the form of interesting science popularization, and presents the evolution history of vinyl records and gramophones in detail, and also allows visitors to listen to the audio of classic works at home and abroad that retain the original music quality of vinyl records.
In addition, the collection has hired technical experts to produce vinyl records on site, allowing visitors to learn more about the process of making vinyl records. "Not only did I see a variety of gramophones, but I also learned about the culture and charm of vinyl records, which I had never touched before, and I felt like I had traveled back in time."
