Coach Ye Mao said that from Monday to Friday, he usually trains during the evening self-study period, 2 hours each time.
In the third year of junior high school, Hong Zhanyi participated in the 21st China Middle School Table Tennis Championship and won the mixed doubles championship and won the title of national first-class athlete.
The rhythm of this kind of training was maintained until high school, and when the cultural classes were still normal, it was necessary to maintain the training, and Hong Zhanyi's time planning needed to be very tight.
Coach Ye said: "She is good at using fragmented time, such as reading books between classes, before dinner and training, and can quickly enter the learning state. Other children sometimes need to be reminded, but she doesn't need to do it at all. So in her sophomore year of high school, she set a goal to be admitted to Peking University. ”
