Lemon zest pseudo-watermelon jelly

Lemon 4 → cut in half
Strawberry jelly powder (commercially available) 1 box
Method:
1. Scoop out the lemon pulp.
Tips: It is recommended to put the dug pulp into water to make fresh fruit detoxification water.

3. Pour step (2) into the lemon zest from which the pulp has been dug out, and put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate and solidify.
