The automatic voucher generation rate has been increased to 89%, and the business processing efficiency has been increased by 30%.

China's digital transformation path and future plan

In the digital transformation of China First Heavy, it has established an integrated management system, a data standardization system, and an information security system. In terms of data standardization system, the General Outline of Data Management has been formulated to standardize the overall requirements of data management. The "China First Master Data Standard", "Data Standard Management Specification", "Data Asset Catalog Management Specification", etc., have been formulated to standardize the responsibilities, processes and assessment of data operation and maintenance; Supporting documents such as the "Data into the Lake Standard" and the "Metadata Management Specification" have been compiled to promote the application of data standardization platforms and data governance platforms. A total of 540GB of data has been formed in the standard data resource library.

In terms of infrastructure construction, the company's new data center has been put into operation, and the security of data has been further enhanced. The battery life has increased from 2 hours to more than 8 hours, and the company's private cloud platform has begun to take shape, and 70% of applications have been moved to the private cloud platform. The company's network construction, 70+ kilometers of optical fiber network laying, 10+ private lines, 20+ video conference access points, 5,500 video surveillance access, 3,500 terminal access, and units in other places use special lines to access the intranet of the bus.

In terms of business system construction, the company has more than 30 sets of business systems running online, including state-owned assets supervision, customer relationship management, supply chain, human resources, finance, etc., covering five types of applications: operational decision-making, simulation design, intelligent production, extended services, and industrial ecology. Realize the management of the whole business process of sales contract, equipment list, BOM, procurement demand, bidding and procurement, procurement contract, warehousing inspection, material storage, production requisition, processing and manufacturing, finished product warehousing, production and delivery, and after-sales service, so as to form a closed business loop and achieve a high degree of integration of industry and finance.

In terms of digital workshop construction, we have built a total of three digital workshops, among which we have established a digital workshop in the special equipment company, which has opened up the entire business process such as the design and process manufacturing of special products, and promoted the improvement of the production and support capabilities of special products. In the Zadian manufacturing plant, the machine tool networking and data acquisition based on 5G technology have also been built, and the sinking of lightweight 5G + UPS has been actively promoted, and the data collection, electronic kanban, data program management of equipment and traditional transmission and system integration have been realized. In the steelmaking plant, a clean steel platform for large-scale castings and forgings has been established, and an automated and intelligent manufacturing execution system, a process control system, and a product production management system for clean steel production have been created, realizing the goal of stable product quality, large-scale high purity, and high-efficiency, low-cost and green environmental protection.

China First Heavy Industries has joined hands with Yonyou to jointly build a digital and intelligent operation and control platform

Through 30 years of informatization construction, China First Heavy has completed the full integration of the main business processes. Since December 2017, China First Heavy has joined hands with Yonyou to jointly build a digital operation and control platform, which fully integrates marketing, finance, capital, procurement, import and export and other businesses to achieve management and data integration in the whole process of business. Among them, our automatic voucher generation rate has increased to 89%, and the business processing efficiency has increased to 30%.

In the face of the historical mission of "being better and stronger", it is very important for China to build a digital marketing management platform that can comprehensively open up the market, efficiently fulfill contracts, and strengthen service operations. In 2019, Yonyou and China First Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. integrated the platform around the whole life cycle management of pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale, and achieved the business goals at each stage.

With business process standardization as the core, dynamic business control as the main line, and risk management as the focus, China First Heavy has established a unified asset file management system, including but not limited to asset classification, standardized asset cards, asset status management, etc., to promote the group to build an asset management system, realize the optimization of the company's internal control, create the maximum benefit of enterprise operation, reduce costs and increase efficiency, and promote the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets.

China's 14th Five-Year Plan for Digital Transformation

The digital transformation strategy of China First Heavy is based on the strategy of China First Heavy Industries, and the strategic positioning of China First Heavy is mainly a world-class industrial group with global competitiveness with reasonable industrial structure, leading quality and efficiency, prominent core of high-end equipment manufacturing, deep integration of military and civilian, coordinated development of local enterprises, and sharing of the Belt and Road Initiative.

Relying on the positioning of the enterprise strategy, China First Heavy has built the "14th Five-Year Plan" digital transformation plan, built the China First Heavy Industrial Internet Platform, continued to promote digital transformation, built "digital first" and "intelligent manufacturing", and improved intelligent decision-making capabilities, lean management capabilities, full life cycle service capabilities, integrated innovation capabilities, industrial ecological collaboration capabilities, international operation capabilities, virtual design simulation capabilities, and reconfigurable intelligent manufacturing capabilities. Building "5" types of applications (operation control, virtual manufacturing, intelligent production, service extension, and industrial ecology) is the embodiment of the value of China's digital transformation and business development.

Improve the "8" capabilities (virtual design simulation capabilities, reconfigurable intelligent manufacturing capabilities, full life cycle service capabilities, lean management capabilities, intelligent decision-making capabilities, integration innovation capabilities, industrial ecological collaboration capabilities, and international operation capabilities) to create sustainable new competitiveness and contribute to China's high-quality development.

In the face of China's digital transformation plan, China First Heavy has allocated five key tasks in the plan.

The first key task is the construction of the digital transformation management system, the practice of the "225" management system and innovation system, based on the integration of industrialization and industrialization management system, the establishment of China's first digital organization management system, the refinement of the standard and technical index system, the responsibility system formed by organization and functional responsibilities, the construction of project management and operation and maintenance tracking system, to evaluate, assess, motivate the team to promote the implementation of goals.

During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, we will establish a large-scale casting and forging process technology and quality control expert system in hot processing, and in cold processing, we will build digital workshops in nuclear power and petrochemical equipment companies and petrochemical companies with the "225+" lean digital collaborative manufacturing construction model. Tianjin Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. also relies on the networking of machine tool energy equipment to carry out the construction of 5G+ digital workshops and build a digital workshop of wind power variable blade factory. The third key task is the innovative application of digital technology, which mainly includes two parts:

The first part is to build a unified cloud resource management platform, which is mainly to realize the unified management of heterogeneous resources of IT technology services. To improve IT work efficiency, resource utilization, service uniformity and continuity, build a flexible computer platform, and ensure the continuous and stable operation of business systems.

The second part is to upgrade our data center infrastructure, which we have been working on and that we have already achieved.

The fourth priority is to unlock the potential of data elements, which is something that most companies are working on. It is mainly to build a big data platform in China, integrating marketing, procurement contracts, warehousing, budgeting, accounting, capital and other management data and manufacturing data and data collection, data processing, monitoring and management, prediction and early warning, emergency command as one of the big data platform, with big data technology to improve data management and service capabilities, so as to speak with data, manage with data, make decisions with data, and innovate with data.

The final priority is to achieve digital transformation in key areas. Among them, in the high-end equipment manufacturing and service sector, the digital level of the whole link with the whole product life cycle as the core will be improved, the green and intelligent logistics platform will be built in the local enterprise integration sector, the green cold chain and green logistics equipment will be developed, the intelligent agricultural service platform will be built, and the international supply chain service platform will be built in the "Belt and Road" sector.
