Why did Yu Chengdong think so, because Yu Chengdong was a very patriotic person, and he wanted to serve the motherland, contribute to the country, and contribute to the cause of national defense. So when I graduated, I was very excited and yearning to see the recruitment information of the Malan base. Unfortunately, the family's economic situation was relatively poor at that time, and his father hoped that he would find a unit with a relatively high salary, so that he could earn money to help his younger siblings study, and his father's order was difficult to disobey. I entered Huawei purely by chance, because I went to Shenzhen once and was retained by Huawei, where I have been for 31 years.
Third, the ability to learn on their own is particularly strong. Yu Chengdong worked in the Department of Electronic Engineering of Northwestern Polytechnical University for a short time, and was later admitted to Tsinghua University as a graduate student, and his life goal at that time was to be the chief engineer, and he was the first sixth-level engineer, the first seventh-level engineer, and the first patent writer at Huawei. During his studies at Northwestern Polytechnical University, he completed the undergraduate and graduate courses of the Department of Computer Science by self-study, completed the graduate courses of the Department of Automatic Control by self-study, and only took the undergraduate courses of the Department of Electronic Engineering, and later took the postgraduate examination of the Department of Electronic Engineering of Tsinghua University, so he studied a total of three undergraduate courses and three graduate courses.
