On the afternoon of June 29, the "Bao'an 1990 Weekend Theater - Weekend Concert" ushered in the first performance of 2024 in the small theater on the second floor of the Bao'an District Cultural Center. This concert invites young musicians such as Wei Shi, Wu Peng, Li Jie, Ai Ni, Chu Jiahui and other young musicians to embark on a romantic journey of Chinese music with Bao'an music fans.
At the beginning of the performance, a majestic song "Wanjiang" outlined the majestic scene of mountains and rivers; The light rhythm and empty timbre of "Colorful Clouds Chasing the Moon" depict the vast night sky; "Sing a Mountain Song to the Party" poured out full of affection; "Phoenix Flying" has a strong national style and strong artistic appeal; The flute solo of "Gusu Xing" makes the audience feel as if strolling in the alleys with pink walls and tiles; The erhu solo in "Horse Racing" has a strong Mongolian style; "Battle Typhoon" guzheng solo played a passionate melody; "Spring and White Snow" shows the superb skills and unique charm of ancient Chinese music; The ensemble of "Yingshan Hong" allows the audience to recall the years of burning passion in singing; The ensemble of "My Motherland and Me" expresses the love and attachment to the motherland.
"Where was the oldest surviving flute on the mainland unearthed?" …… In the Q&A session, the audience enthusiastically raised their hands to participate, and the audience who answered the questions correctly received brooches, mobile phone holders, beads, notebooks and other gifts.
Organized by the Bao'an District Public Culture and Sports Service Center (Bao'an District Cultural Center), the "Bao'an 1990 Weekend Theater - Weekend Concert" has a total of 10 performances this year, and is committed to providing high-quality theatrical performances for the public, inviting the public to appreciate the music classics of ancient and modern China and foreign countries. Since its inception in 2014, the "Bao'an 1990 Weekend Theater - Weekend Concert" has been loved by countless audiences, and it is a well-known "reserved program" launched by the Bao'an District Cultural Center.
