At the event site, the Qingpu District New Agricultural Business Main Service Center was officially awarded. According to reports, the establishment of a new agricultural business main service center and the construction of a team of counselors are the deployment requirements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council to support the development of new agricultural business entities, and it is an important measure of the "thousands of people leading thousands of societies" action organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. As a bridgehead and demonstration area for the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, Qingpu District was listed as a pilot area for the promotion of the quality of farmer cooperatives in 2021 by the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Committee, becoming one of the four pilot areas for the promotion of the whole district in the city. In recent years, through joint efforts, the development level and development ability of agricultural operators in the district have been significantly improved, the development trend of new industries and new forms of business has emerged, and the market competitiveness of agricultural products has been enhanced. However, in the process of development, cooperatives are also faced with a series of problems and challenges, especially the management structure and staffing, capital operation and financial management, market competition and product marketing of cooperatives. These problems not only affect the daily operation of cooperatives, but also restrict long-term development. This time, the establishment of a new type of agricultural business main service center in the municipal demonstration cooperatives of Tailai fruit and vegetable, and the selection of counselors from the 40 demonstration cooperatives in the whole district, will establish a system, form a mechanism, and explore a kind of town agricultural service center pairing to guide demonstration cooperatives, demonstration cooperatives to guide general cooperatives, through the model of "counselor + service center", the development of cooperatives in the whole region from internal management to the external environment for comprehensive optimization and improvement, and through strengthening system construction and personnel training, financial management, marketing, and actively docking with government policies and other measures to achieve high-quality and sustainable development of cooperatives.
At the meeting, the District Agriculture and Rural Committee put forward three work requirements for the promotion of the work of "counselor + service center", such as "building a system, improving capacity, and innovating the work of the service center", "practicing internal skills, diligent guidance, and effectively carrying out the guidance of business entities", "grasping management, solving problems, and striving to ensure the development of the service system".
