From June 24 to 26, 2024, the Provincial Maternal and Child Health Care Institution Evaluation Team composed of 8 experts organized by the Sichuan Provincial Maternal and Child Health Care Institution Evaluation Office conducted a three-day on-site review of the "Second Class A Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital" at the Jiange County Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Guangyuan City.
On the morning of June 24, the second-class review report meeting of Jiange County Maternal and Child Health Hospital was held in Jiange Hotel. The experts participating in the review team include Wang Jiashu, deputy director of the Guangyuan Municipal Health Commission; Li Xianlin, Secretary of the Party Committee of Guangyuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital; Wang Wenbo, deputy head of Jiange County People's Government; Jia Jinheng, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Jiange County Health Bureau; Yang Xingrui, Fu Damin, members of the leadership team of Jiange County Maternal and Child Health Hospital, and other relevant evaluation staff. The meeting was presided over by Zhang Weidong, the leader of the review expert group, Wang Jiashu, deputy director of the Guangyuan Municipal Health Commission, delivered a speech at the meeting, and Zhang Weidong, the leader of the provincial review expert group, arranged the review matters.
The evaluation team is divided into 8 sub-professional groups, including institutional management, group health care management, medical management, maternity/women's health care and family planning, pediatric/child health care, medical technology and pharmaceutical management, nursing management, and hospital infection management, in accordance with the requirements of the "Evaluation Standards and Implementation Rules for Secondary Maternal and Child Health Care Hospitals" (2016 edition), with a rigorous, strict, just and fair attitude, through data review, on-site inspection, follow-up inspection, emergency drills, on-site spot checks, interviews, etc., to our hospital in health care, medical treatment, nursing, hospital sense, and pharmaceutical affairs, medical technology, logistics, finance, hospital management and services and other aspects were inspected in detail. With profound theoretical knowledge and rich practical management experience, the experts put forward many practical opinions and suggestions for the future management and development of the hospital in the on-site review. Each group of escorts recorded the experts' on-site review opinions in detail.
After three days of efficient, strict, systematic and meticulous on-site review by the expert group, the hospital successfully passed the on-site review of the second-class A maternal and child health hospital.
On June 26, the review expert group, the team members of Jiange County Maternal and Child Health Hospital and all middle-level cadres participated in the feedback meeting. The feedback meeting was presided over by Jia Jinheng, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Jiange County Health Bureau.
At the feedback meeting, the experts agreed that the hospital attaches great importance to the second-class review work, and carries out relevant work in an organized, planned and targeted manner, and the whole hospital has shown a good mental outlook and a positive working atmosphere. The hospital infrastructure has been significantly improved, the health care characteristics of women and children have been continuously enhanced, the comprehensive strength has been continuously improved, the medical quality has been continuously improved, the service quality has been steadily improved, and the PDCA cycle has achieved remarkable results. At the same time, valuable opinions and suggestions were put forward for some existing problems. The expert group put forward clear requirements for the hospital from the overall perspective, strategic height and professional depth, and pointed out the development direction. The expert group requires our hospital to seriously think about the existing shortcomings, continue to rectify and implement, deepen the evaluation results, strengthen the long-term mechanism of the hospital's connotation construction, increase talent training, and effectively enhance the hospital's maternal and child health service capacity.
Yang Xingrui, secretary of the party branch, first expressed his heartfelt thanks to the expert group and leaders for their careful guidance on behalf of the cadres and workers of the hospital, and also expressed his sincere gratitude to all the cadres and workers for their hard work. According to the opinions and suggestions of the expert group, the staff of the whole hospital must form a specific rectification work plan and implement it in place. The county maternal and child health hospital will take this review as a starting point to further standardize the construction, strengthen management, standardize services, strengthen the connotation, improve quality, ensure safety, and make unremitting efforts in accordance with the hospital's development strategy and planning, and strive to make the hospital a second-class first-class young maternal health hospital that the people are satisfied with and the government can rest assured.
