Huang Jian, male, born in 1956 in Nantong, Jiangsu, is currently the vice chairman of the Chinese Poetry, Calligraphy and Painters Network Famous Artists Committee, and is now a national first-class artist, a member of the China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, a member of the China Overseas Calligraphers and Painters Association, a member of the Chinese Elderly Calligraphers and Painters Association, and a member of the South China Calligraphy and Painting Research Association. He has won many national awards for his calligraphy works, and has been awarded the honorary titles of National Famous Literary and Artistic Creator, Famous Chinese Contemporary Art, National Rite Artist, and Senior Calligrapher and Painter of Chinese Poetry, Calligraphy and Painters Network. Excellence Award of the 2019 New Year Cup National Calligraphy Competition, and Excellence Award of the 6th Thirty Provinces, Autonomous Regions and Municipalities Middle-aged and Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Joint Competition in 2019.

In 2020, he won the first prize of calligraphy in the 7th and 8th National Literary and Art Competition in Beijing in 2020, the gold medal of the 3rd National Calligraphy Competition in the New Era in 2020, the first prize of the 3rd and 4th Langya Cup National Calligraphy Elite Competition in 2020 and 2021, the first prize of calligraphy at the 2020 National Poetry, Calligraphy and Painters Creation Annual Conference, and was awarded the honorary title of National Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Style in 2020, and won the special prize in calligraphy in the first International Chinese New Year Calendar Calligraphy and Painting Competition in 2020.
