Liu Junhua, Lishan, a native of Gaoling County, Shaanxi Province, was born in 1946. He is currently a member of the Shaanxi Artists Association, an academician of the Shaanxi Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, the president of the 3D Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, a painter of the Qinghai Gallery, and the deputy secretary-general of the Gaoling Artists Association. In 1985, he studied at Chang'an Normal School, and went to Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts for further study on the basis of cultivating talents and forests, determined to practice hard and diligently explore, and was specially instructed by Liu Wenxi, vice chairman of the China Artists Association, and Xiao Huan, president of Chang'an Academy of Painting and Calligraphy.

In 1997 and 1998, he won the first prize of the national "Teacher's Cup" for two consecutive years, won the Excellence Award of the National Famous Calligraphy and Painting Competition in 2008, and in October of the same year, Xi'an Electric Educational Television Station interviewed and reported on it, and in 2009, "Bamboo Yingruixue" was included in the "Collection of Famous Artists in Western China", and in September of the same year, six works were published in the Chinese Famous Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper, and in the spring of 2010, three works were included in the collection of Chinese famous calligraphy and painting in Beijing, and they enjoyed the title of "Northwest Peony King" among the people.

In March 2012, he was invited to paint a 9-meter-long painting of "56 Peonies, 56 Nationalities are One" to the Great Hall of the People. Mr. likes flowers and birds, especially good at painting peonies, on the basis of the authentic works, sublimation. The essence and color of the peony painted in the Chinese dynasties are expressed to the extreme. The colors are bold, flexible and exaggerated, so as to achieve vitality, lifelikeness, simplicity and nature, perspective and ethereal, and strong three-dimensional sense. One day, while Mr. was painting peonies, several bees flew into the studio and landed on the flowers, indicating that Mr. Wang's work has a certain appeal.
