The written charges filed by the Osaka police were filed by a 30-year-old Chinese female student living in Osaka's Honka Ward.
The reason for the prosecution was that the female student was driving on the sidewalk using an electric suitcase that could carry people, which was suspected of violating the road traffic law.
According to investigators, the female student was suspected of driving an electric suitcase without a license on a public road in Osaka City in March this year.
In fact, this type of electric luggage with wheels is sold at some electronics stores and Nichia, and the price ranges from tens of thousands of yen to hundreds of thousands of yen, and the maximum speed is about 10 kilometers per hour.

When investigated, the female student reportedly denied the allegations, saying that "electric suitcases are not used as a means of transportation."
