After buying the baby crocodile, Ivan took it home and named him Kojek, which means male reproduction in the Indonesian Javanese, and Ivan hopes that the baby crocodile can have strong vitality.
Since then, the little crocodile has been kept as a pet by Ivan, and since Kojek was very small at the time, Ivan put it in a small glass box to feed.
Kojek was completely fed by Ivan as his own son, and not only fed Kojek a lot of food, but also often massaged, bathed, etc., a job that lasted for more than 20 years.
Thanks to Ivan's careful feeding for nearly 20 years, Kojek grew very rapidly, and his small body directly swelled into a fat body.
Many people saw Kojek and joked that it was not a crocodile, but a fat pig, and surprisingly, Kojek weighed more than 200 pounds.
In order to be able to bathe Kojek, Ivan even built a new pool.
From the original chicken to the current beef, Kojek costs about 75,000 Indonesian rupiahs a day, and according to Ivan's feeding for many years, Kojek needs to eat about 5 kilograms of meat a day.
In 2016, after Ivan uploaded Kojek's video to the Internet, it attracted the love of many people, and it also became a hit, becoming an Internet celebrity crocodile, attracting a lot of traffic.
In the video taken, Ivan can be seen bathing Kojek while his 2- and 10-year-olds are playing recklessly around Kojek, not daring to feel scared.
Even Ivan's children would happily ride on Kojek's head and play without a hint of fear.

In response, a rich man from the United States approached Ivan and offered to buy Kojek for 1 billion Indonesian rupiahs (about 500,000 yuan).
But Ivan refused.
He said it was a son he had spent more than 20 years raising, and for him, Kojek was his son, so he wouldn't sell it.
